After breakfast, leave for Dambulla, en-route, visit the
Elephant Orphanage at Pinnawela. (PM) Visit Sigiriya (500 A.D.)
A massive monolith of red stone rising 600 ft. above jungle and
formerly crowned by a royal citadel and now considered as the 8th

Sigiriya/Anuradhapura/Sigiriya
After breakfast, do an excursion to Anuradhapura
ancient city (1st Cen.B.C) and visit places of historical & religious
importance. The sacred ‘BO TREE’ here is the oldest documented
tree in the world. Also visit Mihintale, the cradle of Buddhism in

/Polonnaruwa/ Sigiriya After
breakfast, do an excursion to Polonnaruwa, the medieval capital city

Dambulla
/ Kandy
After breakfast, visit the spectacular
Dambulla caves and the temple (1st Cen. B.C) after which leave for
Kandy (PM) Visit the city of Kandy, which is beautifully located on
the shores of a lake and a cultural sanctuary where ancient ways of
life still survive. It is also the home of the "Buddha Tooth"
rescued from the flames of his cremation and Sri Lanka's most cherished

In Kandy
After breakfast, visit the city of Kandy, which
is beautifully located on

Nuwara-Eliya /World’s End
Have early breakfast and leave for Horton Plains,
Sri Lanka's highest and most isolated plateau. Bridle paths will take
