Day 1 Destination Colombo
On arrival, traditional welcome at the airport and transfer to hotel
(PM) City tour of Colombo Overnight : Hotel in Colombo
Day 2 Colombo /Sigiriya / Dambulla
After breakfast, leave for Dambulla, en-route, visit the
Elephant Orphanage at Pinnawela. (PM) Visit Sigiriya (500 A.D.)
A massive monolith of red stone rising 600 ft. above jungle and
formerly crowned by a royal citadel and now considered as the 8th
wonder of the world! Overnight : Hotel in Sigiriya or Dambulla
Day 3 Sigiriya/Anuradhapura/Sigiriya
After breakfast, do an excursion to Anuradhapura ancient city (1st Cen.B.C) and visit places of historical & religious importance. The sacred ‘BO TREE’ here is the oldest documented tree in the world. Also visit Mihintale, the cradle of Buddhism in Sri Lanka. (PM) En-route to your hotel, visit “Awkana” jungle shrine Overnight: Hotel in Sigiriya or Dambulla
Day 4 Sigiriya /Polonnaruwa/ Sigiriya
After breakfast, do an excursion to Polonnaruwa, the medieval capital city (1200 A.D.). Visit places of interest including the museum

Day 5 Dambulla / Kandy
After breakfast, visit the spectacular Dambulla caves and the temple (1st Cen. B.C) after which leave for Kandy (PM) Visit the city of Kandy, which is beautifully located on the shores of a lake and a cultural sanctuary where ancient ways of life still survive. It is also the home of the "Buddha Tooth" rescued from the flames of his cremation and Sri Lanka's most cherished relic. Day 6 In Kandy
After breakfast, visit the city of Kandy, which is beautifully located on
the shores of a lake and a cultural sanctuary where ancient ways of life
still survive. It is also the home of the "Buddha Tooth" rescued from
the flames of his cremation and Sri Lanka's most cherished relic.
The Royal Botanical Gardens here is the best in Asia. (PM) Free for
leisure in Kandy Overnight: Hotel in Kandy
Day 7 Kandy / Nuwara-Eliya
After breakfast, drive on to Nuwara-Eliya. En-route, visit a tea factory.
(PM) Driver around Nuwara-Eliya city, the race course, golf-links and
the pretty blue lake Overnight : Hotel in Nuwara-Eliya
Day 8 In Nuwara-Eliya /World’s End
Have early breakfast and leave for Horton Plains, Sri Lanka's highest and most isolated plateau. Bridle paths will take you to the precipice known as "World's End" - a sheer drop of around 1050 metres. (PM) Return to your hotel and spend the evening at leisure Overnight: Hotel in Nuwara-Eliya
Day 9 Nuwara-Eliya / Yala
After breakfast, leave for Yala (PM) Do a safari of Yala National Park
famous for elephants and variety of colourful animals and birds
Overnight: Hotel in Yala
Day10 Hambantota / Galle/ Bentota
After breakfast, leave for Bentota En-route visit Galle and the Dutch Fort.(PM) Arrive Bentota and spend four relaxing days on this long stretch of quiet beach enjoying the warm sun & cool water.
