(AM) Leave for Anuradhapura , and en route visit elephant orphanage at Pinnawela.
(PM) Commence a city tour of this city, which was the first capital of Sri Lanka founded in the 5th Century B.C and one of the greatest archaeological site in the world.The city tour covers almost all the places of interest such as Sri Maha Bo Tree, the oldest tree in the documented history, Ruwanweli Seya, the towering relic chamber built in 1st Century B.C.After that leave for Habarana.

(AM) Leave for Polonnaruwa and commence a city tour of the medieval capital covering all the place of interest including ‘’ Gal Viharaya’’ where three fine sculptures of Buddha statues stand. Also visit the ‘’ Parakrama Samudra’’, the giant man made reservoir built in the 11th Century.

| (AM) Leave for Sigiriya and climb the rock fortress which was founded in 5th Century A.D.The royal swimming pool and ruins of the palace can be seen on the summit and among the other highlights of place are the 5th century paintings , better known as Sigiriya frescoes, mirror wall and royal pleasure garden. This place is widely considered as another wonder of the world.

5 - Destination Habarana / Dambulla / Kandy |
| (AM) Visit Dambulla rock cave temple which was built in 3rd Century B.C. Inside the temple are hundreds of Buddha statues and ancient paintings which are considered as masterpieces by the scholars. After that leave for Kandy , en route visit a spice garden.
(PM) Arrive in Kandy & relax. Evening observe a cultural dance in which traditional Kandyan dancers performs its acrobatic and pulsating art of dance.

| (AM) Commence a city tour of Kandy which was the last stronghold of Sri Lankan Kings before it fell to the British in 1815.City tour covers all the places of interest such as Kandy market place, museum, a gem & jewellary shop, lake and most important the Temple of the Tooth relic where the tooth of the Buddha is enshrined in a casket.Also observe the evening offering ceremony of the temple.
